Our Business

In most cases the services we provide include:

• Meeting with you to understand what needs to be done.
• Determining a schedule for your sale.
• "Turning" the rooms in the home to pull and inspect everything for sale.
• Staging the home which includes organizing, preparing items, presenting the items for sale and then pricing.
• Advertising in local media publications as well as on an estate sale website and other internet advertising media.
• Running the sale for either 2 or 3 days.
• Collection of funds and full disclosure reporting of monies.
• Assistance in the donation of residual items.
• In few instances, a 1 hour auction of all the remaining household items.
• Listing unique items on eBay for you!

Who We Are

DuLayne Transitions is located in the western suburban area of Detoit.  We service clients from Allen Park, Dearborn, Dearborn Heights, Livonia, Redford, Westland, Garden City, Plymouth, Novi, Northville, Farmington Hills, Canton and other local cities.

We have experience in working within the legal requirements of official estates and under provisions of binding wills. We work for executors of estates, as well as families or friends of living or deceased individuals.

DuLayne's biggest asset is our compassion.  Our team has felt the sadness of loosing our own family members and we treat you as we would want to be treated during this sometimes difficult time.  We maintain a respectful partnership with our clients.

We will meet with you with no obligation.  If you decide that you would like to pursue an estate sale, we can discuss the details.  If you would rather use another company, that is completely alright. You need to feel comfortable with us!   Our customer have commented on how sympathetic we have been in managing a difficult task.
